Pricing questions
What happens if our enrollment changes mid-year?
Your price is set at the start of the year and does not change if enrollment moves during it. We reconcile once, at renewal.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. Configuration, data migration from your previous system and staff training are part of onboarding at no extra cost.
Who owns our data, and can we get it back?
Your school owns its data. You can export it at any time in standard formats, including after a contract ends.
How long does it take to go live?
Most schools are live within four to six weeks. Schools switching mid-year usually start with enrollment and move the rest over the summer.
Can we start with Verifair and add the full system later?
Yes. When you upgrade to Core within the same school year, we credit what you already paid for Verifair.
Do you charge per user or per module?
Neither. Teachers, administrators, students and families are all unlimited, and every module in your plan is included.
